Tour Price Exclude:
- Vietnam application visa fee US$8 /pax (FIT), US$4/pax (GIT) payable to our company (you will be pay the extra visa fee to VN Embassy or Consulate in Pax’s country around $25 per pax)
- Landing Vietnam application visa fee US$15 / pax (FIT), US$8/pax (GIT) payable to our company (you will be pay the extra visa fee direct to Custom Immigration upon arrival $25 per pax)

- International airport tax departure SGN: US$12. HAN US$14
- Personal expenses such as drinks at meals
- All other accounts are not mentioned in the above inclusion.

VISA
Visa application needed: Full name of guest, nationality, date of birth, passport number, port to collect the visa, date of entry. After 4 working days of received all of these details, we will send back to you the visa approval code copy then you bring it to VN Embassy or Consulate to get the visa or give it to pax for get on the air plane

Visa Application Process
 

HOW TO OBTAIN A VISA
Until now, all travelers are requested to apply for a visa before entering Vietnam, except citizens of Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Philippines. You can either collect the visa at a Vietnam Embassy or Consulate General. In some URGENT cases, the visa can also be obtained at a Vietnam airport upon the traveler's arrival (On-Arrival Visa). In any case, please fill in all necessary personal data as requested and fax or e-mail us to have the visa approval approved by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
1. Normal Visa: Visas to be collected at Vietnam Embassy in your country or a country nearby. Within 4 working days after receiving your personal data for the visa application, International (Asia) Travel will fax to you the copy of the visa approval granted by the Vietnam Immigration Department. Then you can collect the visa at the Vietnam Embassy (or Consulate General). Contact the Vietnam Embassy in your country for details.
2. On-Arrival Visa: Visas to be obtained at an international airport in Viet Nam. Please clearly notify us of the case of "On-Arrival-Visa". Within 4 working days, we will fax to you the copy of the visa approval saying you will obtain visa upon arrival. This visa approval is also needed to you to buy the air tickets. The copy of visa approval together with 2 photos (4cm x 6cm) should be shown to the immigration officers at the airport for the visa process. The visa fee is US$25, paid by the traveler to the Immigration Officers at the counter. It may take about 30 minutes to get through the visa-on-arrival process at the airport.
3. Remember: The copy of the visa approval is very important; without it you cannot obtain the visa, neither at the Vietnam embassy nor at the airport. Contact us to apply visas

TERMS&CONDITIONS for Travel programs

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before you submit the Booking Form

Accommodations are based on customer selection in standard class, first class and deluxe class. Classification is based on international rating systems. All hotels have private baths and most are equipped with air-conditioning. When visiting remote areas, we will use the best available facilities and advise clients when air-conditioning is not available. Hotel prices are based on single and double occupancy as required. Triple occupancy is available in some areas.

Domestic Air & Train Transportation - Domestic airfares, if used, are based on current rates. All airfares are subject to certain restrictions and cancellation penalties will apply. All airfares are subject to change without prior notice.

Baggage - Standard domestic baggage allowance is 20 kilos per person. Over weight fees are to be paid by the traveler. Checked baggage is at the owner’s risk. Carry-on luggage should be easily maneuverable and always stowed under your seat or over-head bin during take-off and landing. We strongly suggest that for your own comfort you travel as lightly as possible.

Ground Transportation - Ground Transportation is provided by air-conditioned car, van, mini-bus, or deluxe motor coach. All transfers and sightseeing include a driver and a government licensed Tour-guide. All entrance fees for temples, palaces, etc. are included.

Meals - Meals are included as indicated by B=breakfast, L= lunch and D=dinner on your travel program. Breakfasts are taken at the hotels and lunch and dinners are taken at local restaurants while sightseeing. Soft drinks and alcohol are not included with meals.

Gratuities - Basic gratuities are included for services provided in your travel program, except for services of a personal nature. Tipping of local guides is customary and is not included in the program price unless otherwise indicated. All hotel tax and service charges are always included in the program price.

Visas - All travelers must be in possession of a passport with validity of six months from date of entry into Vietnam. International (Asia) Travel will assist travelers in obtaining visas if requested, but it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to arrange for this service and obtain the visa at a Vietnam Embassy or Consulate General in his/her country (this can be processed by a travel agency) or at another country that has Vietnam Embassy or Consulate General located if such requested. In URGENT cases, you can also apply for and obtain the On-arrival visa at a Vietnam international airport

Medical Information - No immunizations are required for entry to Vietnam unless coming from infected areas. Please consult your physician for medical advice. Medical hospitalization or evacuation costs as the result of injury or death are not included in any program. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Responsibility:
International (Asia) Travel always do its utmost to provide the best Services to the satisfaction of the Client.
We acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transportation, restaurants and other contractors providing the Services to the Client.
We are in no event be liable to the Client/Agent for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond our control.
We shall not be responsible and liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.

Payment After choosing appropriate services or package tour, please devote your time in order to better understand the booking conditions.

Validity of the booking
After obtaining an agreement on programs , services , prices between guests and International (Asia) Travel, the booking will be confirmed as valid by us, as from the time we has received the deposit-20% of the total expenditure , as proposed before the guests arrival at least one month. The 70% of total amount shall be paid to us on the day of the guests coming. The remaining amount-10% is paid 02 days before the guests leaving.

Payment method
You can pay to International (Asia) Travel by the following ways: cash, check, transfers or credit card. After having paid or deposited, please send us a copy in order that we could quickly speed up your booking. Visa Card, Master Card and American Express are acceptable. However, a bank charge of 3% shall be levied on Visa or Mastercards, and 5% for American Express.

Cancellation of the booking
• If you want to cancel the booking or to cancel certain services, please advices us at least 03 weeks before the service begins, your deposit will be refunded.
• In Case, we receive your cancellation within 01 to less than 03 weeks, the Cancellation Charge can be discussed to make sure that your deposit will be refunded 100% or half, which depend on tourism season (high or low) and Hotel Class (4-5 star Hotels or 1-3 star Hotels).
• In Case we doesn't receive notice of cancellation within 01 week - compared with the time stated above , the deposit will not be refunded to you and will be used for paying to the suppliers for service cancellation.

Claim
During the time of utilization of services supplied by International (Asia) Travel, should you be bothered by anything, please contact us urgently in order that we will try to do our best to satisfy you. After the tour is terminated, within 15 days, should you have any claim about services supplied by us, please write / fax us your claim and related evidence. We shall write back you within 7 days as of the reception of your claim. We shall satisfactorily pay damages on services for which you make complaint and when we are at fault.
