HOCHIMINH – CU CHI – VUNG TAU – MY THO (5days – 4 nights)


Day 1:   D

Arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, meet & transfer to hotel for check-in. Evening transfer to local restaurant for dinner.

Day 2:   B, L, D

Morning excursion to Cu Chi Tunnel Village and underground tunnels to experience the Famous Vietnam War (1965 - 1975). The system that lies 75km northwest of Ho Chin Minh city centre is where the Vietcong have lived and fought against the enemies. You will also get to see part of intricate network of underground tunnels, kitchens, food storage bunkers, medical centre, barracks and other military posts built by Vietcong. Return to Saigon for lunch. After lunch drive to Vung Tau - situated 125km southeast of Saigon. It is a famous beach resort with long white sandy beaches and warm water whole year round. Upon arrival, rest of day for sea bathing. seafood dinner. Overnight in Vung Tau.

Day 3:   B, L, D

Morning visit Vung Tau city including: Bao Dai Villa - was built in 1909 as a retreat for French governor Paul Doumer. It later became a summer palace for Vietnamese royalty. Jesus Monument - The 30m-high Giant Jesus Statue was constructed in 1974 on the site of an old lighthouse built by the French a century before, An enormous Rio de Janeiro-style figure of Jesus, with his arms out stretched gazing out across the South China Sea can be seen from the southern end of small Mountain. Whale Temple Nirvana Monatery - Built in 1971. this Temple famous for its 5000kg bronze bell, a huge reclining Buddha and intricate mosaic work. After lunch back to Saigon city to visit: War Museum - where American tanks, infantry weapons, photographs of war atrocities committed to by the Americans and Chinese are in display here. Lacquer ware factory - to see for yourself how lacquer ware, that can be used for decoration is being made out of mother-of-inlaid and egg shells. Dinner at local restaurant

Day 4:   B, L, D

Day trip to My Tho (Mekong Delta), upon arrival you will be take a boat ride to The Mekong river to visit an orchard on an islets, enjoy a traditional performance folk music, take a small sampan to explore the Mekong River, then visit Vinh Trang pagoda. Back to Saigon to visit Chinatown - Cholon Thien Hau Temple - the oldest Chinese temple. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 5:   B

Free day for shopping till transfer to airport for departure.
